A service order may be cancelled before work starts; refunds depend on the delivery stage.
Order Cancellation Policy
The client may cancel a service order before the service begins by email. For services that have not started, the payment is refunded in full within 5–14 business days to the same card. For services already in progress, Media Design SRL retains the value of completed stages and refunds the remaining amount.
